You will pay the nightly room charge per the number of nights of your stay, plus 13.417% hotel taxes; plus a $150 one-time cleaning fee.

Yes. When you book your reservation, we will charge your credit card for half of the total amount of nights reserved, plus the full amount of taxes and the $150.00 cleaning fee. The balance is charged 60 days before your arrival date.You can also pay in full at the time of making your reservation.

Yes. You can make a bank wire transfer if you pay all the associated bank fees, or you can pay by check if you FedEx the check payment overnight.  Upon our approval of your reservation, we will hold the dates you would like to book for 72 hours. If no funds are credited to our bank account or checks received within 72 hours, we will release the dates to the public again. To make a reservation without the use of a credit card, email us at [email protected].

You can cancel your reservation with a full refund if you make the request 60 days or more before your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 60 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival there will be no refund.

You can add additional days to your reservation if they are consecutive days to the existing reservation and if those days have not been reserved by others. You can reduce the number of days of your reservation without penalty if you do it 60 or more days from your arrival date. If you reduce the number of days of your reservation between 30 and 60 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a 50% credit for the affected days. If you reduce the number of days of your reservation within 30 days of your arrival there will be no credit given for those affected days. Our condo has 2 bedrooms. There is a king size bed in one and there are 2 twin beds in the other. The twin beds can be made into a king size bed.The sofa in the living room opens out to a queen size bed. There is a limit of no more than 6 people sleeping in the condo. We regret that no more beds or cribs can be added.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. We regret that due to the arrival of new guests, and the short window of time, we cannot offer late check-out times.

Yes. There is free, un-assigned parking directly behind the building. Only one parking space is available per condo.  There is parking on the side street.

One week before your arrival we will email you directions from the airport. You can look at the building’s location and surroundings on the map on our website under “Contacts”.

Yes. We provided 4 sets of snorkel gear as a courtesy to our guests. There are 2 adult sizes and 2 children sizes. We cannot guarantee that these will fit you, however. There are many places on the island where you can rent or buy snorkel gear.

We have put 4 beach towels in the guest bedroom closet for you to use. There are also 4 “backpack” type beach chairs and one beach umbrella. At the time of your departure, please leave used beach towels on the shower floor in one of the bathrooms so they can be washed for the next guests to use.
