Relax…The Condo has everything you need!
The condo is modern, built in 2005. The kitchen has granite countertops, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, cooking and dining utensils and appliances. There’s a brand new washer and dryer.
A total of six (6) people can sleep comfortably in the condo. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The master has a king bed and the guest room has two twins (these can be converted to a king size upon request).
Chill out with the big screen television in the living room and smaller televisions in the bedrooms. Cable tv, internet access and WiFi are FREE. Air conditioning is also available, although most guests like to open the lanai doors to feel the ocean breezes!
Enjoy a cocktail or beer on the lanai as you witness breathtaking sunsets almost every evening. Dining on the lanai is relaxing as you’re surrounded by warm tropical breezes while taking in the spectacular view.
Park behind the building and take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor condo. Down the stairs from the parking lot is the path to the infinity swimming pool and hot tub, where you can swim and relax on lounge chairs all day. There’s also a community BBQ near the pool.
Also included for your use is snorkeling gear for 2 adults and 2 children, 2 boogie boards, 4 backpack beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a picnic friendly cooler.
