You will pay the nightly room charge per the number of nights of your stay, plus 11% hotel taxes; plus a $150 one-time cleaning fee.
Yes. When you book your reservation, we will charge your credit card for half of the total amount of nights reserved, plus the full amount of taxes and the $150.00 cleaning fee. The balance is charged 60 days before your arrival date.You can also pay in full at the time of making your reservation.
Yes. You can pay by check if you FedEx the check payment overnight.We will hold the dates you would like to book for 72 hours. When your check clears, the reservation will be confirmed. To make a reservation without the use of a credit card, email us at [email protected]..
You can cancel your reservation with a full refund if you make the request 60 days or more before your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 60 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival there will be no refund.
You can add additional days to your reservation if they are consecutive days to the existing reservation and if those days have not been reserved by others. You can reduce the number of days of your reservation without penalty if you do it 60 or more days from your arrival date. If you reduce the number of days of your reservation between 30 and 60 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a 50% credit for the affected days. If you reduce the number of days of your reservation within 30 days of your arrival there will be no credit given for those affected days. Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. We regret that due to the arrival of new guests, and the short window of time, we cannot offer late check-out times.
