Aloha and Welcome to The Big Island!

We are from southern California and have been visiting Hawaii for many years.  In 2016 we took the big step of purchasing our own piece of paradise!  We’re very excited about sharing our tropical retreat with family, friends and visitors like you!

The Beach Villas at Kahalu’u is one of the newest condominium complexes built along the Kona Coast on Ali’i Drive, completed in 2005.  Our condo offers you the comforts and conveniences of home like free WiFi, granite countertops, two bedrooms, two baths with large showers, televisions in each room, air conditioning, washer/dryer and a lanai with great views!  You are literally steps away from one of the most popular beaches on the island, Kahalu’u Beach Park, where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling or learning to surf.*

The Big Island is truly BIG – over 4,000 square miles!  We encourage you to review the travel brochures that you can pick up around town that feature many activities in which you and your family can take part. Get out and explore, take a tour, do something new and exciting! There are a wide range of options — it’s up to you to create memories of a lifetime!

Our condo is located far enough away from the center of town, but still close enough to get there, by car or trolley. You’ll enjoy many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, farmers markets, and stores that are in Kailua-Kona (about four miles north). For a quick trip to the supermarket, head one mile south to the Keauhou Shopping Center where there’s also a movie theater and other eateries.
